The Syrian Development Initiative is a hands‑on framework established in 2025 in Damascus by Kholoud Al‑Merstani and Eng. Hossam Bayezid. It brings together a group of Syrian experts from inside the country and the diaspora, all dedicated to achieving tangible, sustainable development in Syria.
